It is close enough to the centre, the tram and restaurants so the location is marvellous.

We had a really comfortable stay in Le Mans adjacent to downtown and the tram, Old Town, and the centre, shoos & restaurants. Satisfied with amazingly comfortable and excellent rooms with a good atmosphere. The owner was always available.

Enjoyed leisurely walks in Ile au Planche Garden, great location near Le Mans center, nearest airport only a short distance away. Apartment had a lovely garden view and towels provided.

One of the best aspects was the secure parking, which gave us peace of mind during our holiday. the host was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for restaurants and attractions in the area.

This could be bothersome for light sleepers, so it's worth checking with the host if this is the case during your stay. we found that there could have been more amenities provided, such as extra coat hangers, pillows, and cereal bowls.
